Who we are
SeatNMD provides advertising technology services — access to Display & Video 360 (DV360) and other buying platforms, supply solutions and campaign operation — for agencies and companies, primarily in Mexico and Latin America.
Data we collect
Data you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect: name, company, email address, monthly budget (optional), company country (optional) and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our commercial relationship.
Data collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our technology partners collect technical data when you browse: IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source and campaign parameters (UTMs). This happens through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Service providers
The site runs on infrastructure provided by Vercel (hosting/CDN) and Neon (database). Form submissions are stored in our database and may generate email notifications to our team. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle the request and our commercial relationship, and delete or anonymize them when no longer necessary. Analytics and advertising data retention is governed by each platform's own policies and the configurations we set in them.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. In Mexico these are the ARCO rights (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación, Oposición) under the LFPDPPP. Residents of the EU/EEA (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have equivalent rights under their laws, including opting out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, contact us through the contact form — we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International transfers
Our technology partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Vercel, Neon) may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States, under their own transfer safeguards.

This website — including its design, code and blog content — was built with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, with human direction and review. If you believe any content is inaccurate, contact us and we will review it.
Intellectual property
We do not host or distribute copyrighted material belonging to third parties.
